TEACHINGS
THE SLOW DRIFT IN LEADERSHIP THAT HAS US ASKING, “HOW DID WE GET HERE?
There is a strange paradox in leadership. We can preach powerful sermons, counsel hurting people, build healthy systems, launch initiatives, oversee staff, steward budgets, and still slowly drift from God.
Not because we stopped believing.
Not because we fell into scandal.
Not because we rejected truth.
But because we get so busy doing His work that we neglect our personal time with Him where true identity is formed.
Anointing, Accountability, and the Crisis of Trust
I shared a version of this at a conference recently, but a few minutes at a microphone won’t carry the weight of what needs to be said.
The issue is too serious.
The cost is too high.
The Church is standing at a hinge moment, and what we do, or refuse to do, will echo for generations.
Over the last year and a half, the headlines have started to blur together. One leader after another is being exposed with disqualifying sins that are too shocking for average conversation.
WHY WE DON’T LIKE TRANSACTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
One of the underlying tensions in any movement, especially in ministry, is the difference between True Friendships and Transactional Relationships.
True Friendship: “A relationship grounded in genuine care, trust, and shared life, where each person values the other for who they are rather than for what they can provide.
Transactional Relationship: “A relationship driven by personal ambition in hopes of self-promotion rather than by genuine care, friendship and loyalty.”
CHRISTIAN NATIONALISM OR WHAT?
For many years, the assumed alternative to Christian Nationalism was considered to be Personal Freedom.
The thought process went something like this…
The idea of Christian morals being imposed upon society through legislation is a threat to personal freedom; something akin to a Christian version of the Taliban.
But is that dichotomy accurate?
The Power of Five-fold Collaborative
Jesus gave SOME to be apostles, SOME prophets, SOME evangelists, SOME pastors and SOME teachers.
Essentially, this describes a company of apostles, a company of prophets a company of evangelists a company of pastors and a company of teachers.
All five gifts are plural, insinuating that a company of each of the five gifts exists with each company of gifted leaders working with the other four company of gifted leaders for equipping the saints properly.
What’s the central message?
ARE THE 7 SEALSOF REVELATIONALREADY OPEN?
What if the Seven Seals of Revelation aren’t just about the end of the world—but a repeating pattern woven through history? This essay challenges traditional interpretations with a cyclical, historical-prophetic perspective.
HOW TO RESPOND TO CRITICISM
Invariably, every leader comes under scrutiny and criticism. How we respond to criticism is one of the most important decisions we make. Here is a checklist of things to consider when responding to your critics.
A CALL TO APOSTOLIC REFORMATION
The modern Church is in need of reformation. Jesus said, “I will build My church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it” (Matthew 16:18). He was not describing an institution, a brand, or a network. He was declaring the advancement of the Kingdom of God on the earth, a family of Kingdom citizens living under His rule and reign.
EMBRACING YOUR SONS AND DAUGHTERS
This video explains why leaders must allow people to question them, their decisions and what they teach.
